Alias Straight Rye has a mash bill of 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% barley malt, which the distiller’s notes describe as having the balanced aroma of sweet fruit and rye spice, with slight hints of mint. On the palate, it offers notes of caramel, vanilla and fruit with a rye finish, as well as flavors of fruit, rye, spice, mint, caramel and vanilla throughout.
