These decades-old Moscatel casks were found in the Setubal Region of Portugal and soon became home to Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year bourbon whiskeys. Knitting together flavors of sweet caramel and stone fruits from Doc Swinson’s Blender’s Cut Bourbon with notes of wildflower honey, apricots, and seasoned oak creates a flavor experience like no other.

75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
