Origin: County Carlow, Ireland
Aroma: Rich, Round and complex. The aroma opens with caramelized tree fruits- apples, pears and a hint of fig. This evolves into toffee, pie crust, and stone fruits – plums and peaches. Apple butter lingers at the close balanced out by baking spice and a hint of wildflower honey.
Palate: Delightful and layered. Dutch apple pie, and caramelized pears, brown butter, fig jam and brioche with honey. This is like multiple dessert courses in a glass.
Finish: long but smooth with great nutty characters
