Bardstown Bourbon Company The Prisoner Straight Bourbon is a collaboration release with BBCo. and The Prisoner Wine Co. The whiskey begins with a 9 year-old Tennessee straight bourbon. It is then finished in the The Prisoner red wine casks made from French oak for 18 months. Bottled at 100 proof. Red fruits take the lead, quickly joined by sweet vanilla, spicy cinnamon, drying tannins and just a hint of cooling menthol. A drop of water opens some of the oaky spice and reveals another layer of fruits, this time leaning toward blackberries and cherries. The mouthfeel is dry and grippy, maintaining a presence on the tongue for several minutes after the first sip.
“This spirit is very complex, with a welcoming bouquet of blackberry and black cherry, blended with honey and vanilla,” said Steve Nally, Master Distiller at The Bardstown Bourbon Company. “The luxury wine blend’s red fruit flavors take the lead on the palate.”

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item when it's unopened and is in the same condition when you first received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
