This uniquely sweet and smoky bourbon starts with a unique grain bill. We use local Washington-grown corn, then add malted barley, white wheat, a little bit of rye. Last but not least, in goes a little bit of peated malt. We proudly make everything in-house. We mash, ferment, and distilled this bourbon. Once it is ready to age, we put it through what’s known as an accelerated aging process. It goes into a barrel and gets aged rapidly. But don’t let that fool you! This emerges as an amazingly smooth, delicious tasting bourbon.
Best enjoyed neat or with a couple rocks.
