A unique liqueur, made from 100% sweet potatoes grown on the estate. Distilled and aged in custom charred American white oak just like the Corbin whiskeys, with the addition of brown sugar and a blend of spices and extracts.
Maple, brown sugar, cinnamon and clove on entry that dissipate into notes of sweet ptoato and oak mid-palate. Heavier body and smooth finish with light lingering hints of vanilla and spice.
