Description:
A symphony of three distinct spirits all come together in this rye whiskey aged in three types of casks. Starting with a blend of two five-year rye whiskey mash bills finished in our ex-rum cask solera for an additional year, our blender then decided to take that product and play around with a few Añejo Tequila casks. Baked spiced pears, agave syrup, followed by white pepper, pineapple skins, and vanilla are notes that can be found in this well-rounded whiskey.

95% rye, 5% malted barley
45% corn, 51% rye, 4% malted barley
