Gin Mare continues to bottle up the Mediterranean lifestyle to share with the world, by launching a special edition gin as homage to the majestic Italian island Capri. Italian Bergamot and Capri Lemons, along with the other botanicals, bring the very essence of the Mediterranean to life.
Gin Mare Capri starts with a premium barley base, combined with a delicate maceration of 48 hours and independent distillation process of each botanical, finalized by its signature blending which allows all the characteristics of each botanical to be expressed in the result. Our citrus are peeled by hand and then macerated for 12 months in small aluminum tanks.
Gin Mare Capri shares all basics Mediterranean botanicals with Gin Mare but additionally includes fresh Capri Lemon and unique Italian Bergamot.
