In 2008, Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion selected these casks, discovering a light-colored spirit with an ethereal and fragrant character. He transferred the whisky into first-fill sherry seasoned casks, nurturing it for an additional 14 years to achieve the perfect balance of flavor and character.
