Everyone knows you aren’t allowed to make scotch whisky outside of Scotland, which is all well and good—if you care to follow rules (which we don’t). So we picked a similarly convention-defying island, a little place called Brooklyn, and sent our rogue of a master distiller Mr. Willie Tait there with one goal: to create a world-class single malt scotch whisky made by and for the people of Kings County. He left with six cask samples and returned with an inspired blend hand-selected by some of the borough’s most revered inhabitants and establishments.
Aged in American White Oak Bourbon, Amoroso Sherry, & Pinot Noir casks, our newest marriage boasts flavors of smoke, roasted coffee beans, lush berries, and honey.
