MacNair’s Lum Reek 12-year-old and 21-year-old combines Single Malts from Islay and Speyside – two of the most renowned whisky producing regions in Scotland. The recipe, created by industry veteran and Master Distiller/Blender of the Year, Billy Walker, includes both peated and unpeated whiskies, including aged GlenAllachie single malt.
The 21-year small batch expression was matured to perfection at the GlenAllachie distillery in a combination of Oloroso sherry, red wine and virgin oak casks expertly sourced from across the globe. The resulting whisky, offered without added coloring or chill-filtration, is brimming with dark chocolate, vanilla fudge, and cinnamon buns, all with gentle peat undertones.
