Our Barbera boasts flavors of raspberry, cherry, and clove that lead to a long finish with soft mellow tannins. The grapes for our Barbera are harvested in the cool of night in order to have a controlled and slow start to fermentation. Generally harvested with a relatively low brix of 22.0 deg., the grapes are crushed and immediately pressed.
