Description
This Franciacorta wine was created to celebrate the 35 years of activity of the Monte Rossa Company. Its name is a tribute to the Company Founders, the initials of their names: Paola Rovetta, pioneer in Franciacorta since the seventies and her husband Paolo Rabotti, promoter and founder of Consorzio di Franciacorta as well as its First President. This is a Blanc de Blanc wine resulting from the enthusiastic research of the harmony between the wideness, the frame, and the complexity of a reserve wine (35%) and the elegance the temptation the class typical of a Chardonnay wine (65%) deriving from the best Cru that confirms the production philosophy of our Company aimed to find the excellence not only in the ” millessime9″ wines but also in its whole production.

The Monte Rossa is an historical wine producing company in which the country tradition blended harmoniously with technology and in which the artisan care and the very passionate research for excellence have been managed with great diligence and entrepreneurial behaviour , without compromises.In 1972, the entrepreneur Paolo Rabotti with the precious help of his wife Paola, took up the way of vine growing.This has been a very positive and forward-looking choice that still today is carried on with great enthusiasm and innovative attitude by their son Emanuele.The Monte Rossa story is filled with strategically winning decisions, for example the decision of leaving as first Company the production of no-sparkling wines in favour of the research of the Franciacorta excellence or the decision to invest in technology with great determination, and furtherly the continuous research, tests and trials for which our Company is distinguished among the others.Today the Monte Rossa Company manages 70 hectars of vineyards. The different locations of cru on plots with different exposition contribute to increase the aromatic richness of grapes in such a way to make up very rich cuve9e under the frame and complexity aspect. The Company production is 500.000 bottles approx. per year.
