Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. The courier will verify a government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on consumable products once they have left our warehouse. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
