Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #5

The fourth release in the Discovery series is all 10+ year-old bourbon and draws heavily from 13 and 15 year-old barrels. A blend of three-quarters corn makes the mash bill in each of the whiskeys selected for Bardstown's flagship blend, along with a moderate rye contribution at 13-18 percent, with malted barley (no wheat) making the difference.
