R. Jelinek Fernet is a traditional 38% ABV (76 proof) Czech herbal liqueur, first created in the late 19th century near Luhačovice. It is a dark, inky brown digestive with a strong,, bitter, and complex profile dominated by anise, cloves, and botanicals such as gentian and chamomile.
