The Senator Barrel Proof 6 Year Old 2019

Bold full flavored and bodied rye whiskey, solid balance between spirits and wood notes. Opens with some grassy notes, spices, molasses, cinnamon pop out at you, Long finish, hints of mint. Great out of the bottle at barrel proof, opens up nicely with a bit of water.
