Whiskey Acres Bloody Butcher Bourbon 750mL

This nearly 5 year old bourbon, made from Bloody Butcher corn grown right at Whiskey Acres, is their newest Artisan Series release. 

Nose: Red fruit and floral top notes give way to rich notes of orange peel, apple tart, cornbread and crème brûlée.

Palate: Soft and slightly oily, good balance of wood spices and warm pastry. 

Finish: Light, medium length with toasted oak and gentle notes of green banana and caramel cream candies.
