At Wooden Cork, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to legal restrictions regarding alcohol sales, we cannot accept returns for products based on personal taste preferences.

Return Process

    Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item.

    Provide Documentation

    Email clear photos of the shipping box, the damaged bottle, and the shipping label to our customer service department.

    Verification Process

    Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved.

    Resolution

    Once validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
